for Using the mikey88 Platform

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mikey88 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

These terms and conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and mikey88 as the platform operator. This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which also forms part of the overall agreement.

• Registering in your own name with accurate and complete information

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended immediately, including any balances held within them. mikey88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time through submission of documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport.

The name, date of birth, mobile number and email address provided at registration must be accurate. Any attempt to register using false information or another person's identity will result in account termination and may lead to further action.

mikey88 accepts a range of payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR), except for cryptocurrency transactions which will be converted at the prevailing rate.

The minimum deposit is RM50 for all listed payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request has been submitted and verified.

mikey88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to the rightful account holder. The payment account used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your mikey88 account.

Any attempt to deposit funds from an unauthorised source or to use a payment method belonging to another person without their consent is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

mikey88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

Welcome Bonus — First Deposit Bonus: New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM120 bringing your balance to RM220, and the required wagering amount is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

If the first deposit is RM2,600 or more, the maximum bonus of RM1,500 is awarded, bringing the balance to RM4,100, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be fulfilled through wagering
• Only one bonus can be active at a time
• mikey88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if its usage conditions are breached
• Each promotion may have a separate expiry period as stated individually

The mikey88 VIP Programme gives members weekly cashback according to their membership tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The cashback rate increases as you progress through the VIP programme, starting from up to 0.3% (Bronze) to up to 1.2% (Platinum) per week. As a user of the mikey88 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules and responsibilities at all times:

• Keep your login details confidential, including your username and password
• Not share your account with any other party, including family members
• Not use automated software, bots, scripts or any method that could provide an unfair advantage
• Not engage in any form of fraud, collusion or game manipulation
• Notify mikey88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not for commercial or business purposes

Users are fully responsible for all activity carried out through their accounts. mikey88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login details.

mikey88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may lead to such action include:

• The user is found to have provided false information during registration
• The user has violated any part of these terms and conditions
• The user is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering
• The user is operating more than one account
• The user is found to be under 21 years of age
• The user has violated any applicable laws or regulations

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, mikey88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirements. For real money balances (deposited funds), the decision to refund or otherwise is subject to further investigation.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mikey88 customer support via live chat. Any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is complete.

The mikey88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mikey88 makes no express or implied warranty that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors or viruses. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• mikey88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses
• mikey88 accepts no liability for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including Internet outages, system maintenance or natural disasters
• mikey88 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party game software providers
• Game results are final and mikey88 is not responsible for any disputes over game results other than those arising from a demonstrable technical error

In all circumstances, mikey88's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The mikey88 platform operates under an international licence issued by a recognised regulatory body. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is licensed.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions, or the use of the mikey88 platform, shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it may be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the relevant regulatory body.

Accessing this platform from outside Malaysia does not remove your obligation to comply with local laws in your own country. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that use of this service does not violate the laws of the location where you are situated.
